Curaçao to Canada: What You Need to Know
Canada requires a visitor visa from Curacao passport holders. Curacao, as a Caribbean constituent country of the Kingdom of the Netherlands, does not benefit from the same Canadian travel arrangements as Dutch nationals. A standard TRV must be applied for through IRCC.
